Pumpkin Spice Latte Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients/Measurements per serve
Vanilla 35ml/1.5oz
Salted Caramel Liqueur 25ml/1oz
Espresso 25ml/1oz
Pumpkin spiced Syrup* 12ml/0.5oz
Finishing Touches
Whipped Pumpkin Spiced Cream
100ml double/whipping cream
50ml Pumpkin spiced syrup*

To Make the Pumpkin Spiced Syrup

Sugar 200g
Water 350g
Pumpkin Puree 100g
Ginger powder 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg Powder 1 teaspoon
Vanilla Essence 1 teaspoon
1. To make the Pumpkin spice Syrup ingredients into a pan and bring to a boil, let cool, blend to remove all lumps and decant to container/bottle for later use (can also be used in coffee)

To Build Cocktail  

1. Fill up shaker with all main ingredients with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
2. Pour into cup through a tea strainer
3. Top drink with whipped pumpkin spiced cream
4. Serve
