SHIPPING TERMS
*All orders placed after 2pm EST get processed the following day.
*All weekend orders will be processed Monday.
*We do not ship out on the weekend. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
*Please note orders may take up to 5 business days to process if shipped with standard service.
*Personalized orders may take 5 to 7 business days to process.
*Please be aware that depending on the recipient's location and when the order is placed, gummies may be held to ship on the following Monday to avoid potential melting over the weekend.
*If you wish to cancel your items, we'll do our best to arrange this for you. Please email customerservice@smithandsinclairus.com and we'll do our best to assist.
*We currently only offer shipping within the United States.

MELT-PROOF SHIPPING
To further ensure you enjoy your cocktail candy in the best condition, we advise that you send your order to a cool place where the packaging won't be left outside.
To help this process, we do not ship on Fridays to avoid packages being detained or delayed. Place your order by 2pm EST on Wednesday. Otherwise, your order will ship the following week.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns because all our products are food items and it is a quality concern. If you have a concern about an incorrect item received, please contact us at customerservice@smithandsinclairus.com.
COVID-19 UPDATE:
All our items are tightly packaged, and all gummies individually wrapped, so there is no concern for contamination.
We have worked closely with our warehouse and delivery provider to ensure they are also taking necessary measures to protect our valued customers.
We use UPS delivery as our provider to deliver any ordered goods to your home.
HOLIDAY CLOSURES:
Our fulfillment centers are closed on U.S. federal holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days.
